Good company, fresh air, horses nearby, and a reason to spend an evening at the ranch.

Barn Socials at Caeco Ranch are relaxed, welcoming events created to bring people together beyond our regular lessons, clinics, and equine programs. Open to adults 18+, our socials offer a chance to get out of the house, meet new people, bring along some friends, and experience the ranch in a completely different way.

Throughout the year, we host a variety of social events — from creative workshops and western-inspired activities to evenings around the horses, seasonal gatherings, and special events with local businesses and guests.

Some events are hands-on, some are horse-focused, and others are simply an opportunity to slow down and enjoy good company in a place we love.

More Than Just Horses

You don’t need to be a rider, horse owner, or even have previous experience around horses to join us.

Barn Socials are about community first. We want the ranch to be somewhere people can gather, connect and try something different — whether you’ve spent your entire life around horses or this is your first time stepping into a barn.

Activities change throughout the year, giving each social its own atmosphere and experience. Event details will always outline what’s planned, what is included, what to bring, and whether any previous experience is required.

Local Wine, Local Community

For many of our Barn Socials, we’re excited to partner with Spirit Hills Winery to offer a glass of locally produced wine as part of the evening.

When alcohol is included in an event, it will always be clearly noted in the individual event details. Alcohol service is reserved for guests of legal drinking age, and non-alcoholic options can be made available so everyone 18+ can still enjoy the experience.

Pricing & Registration

Because every Barn Social is a little different, pricing varies by event depending on the activity, materials, refreshments, instructors or special guests, horse use, and other event expenses.

Individual event announcements will include the date and time, price, what your registration includes, what to bring, and any other important information.

Some events may have limited capacity or require materials to be purchased ahead of time, so advance registration may be required.

Barn Socials are about creating the kind of evenings we’d want to attend ourselves — welcoming, laid-back, memorable, and just a little different from your typical night out.

Come with a group or come by yourself. Try something new, meet someone new, spend some time around the horses, and enjoy an evening in the country.
