There’s something special about an evening spent at the ranch — good company, a little creativity, plenty of laughs, and a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life.
Ladies Nights at Caeco Ranch are hosted every second Thursday from 5:00–7:00 PM, with a different activity or experience offered throughout the season. These evenings are designed to bring women together in a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can try something new, spend time with friends, meet new people, and simply enjoy a couple of hours at the ranch.
Whether you come with your best friend, your mom, a group of girlfriends, or completely on your own, you’re welcome here.
Something Different Every Time
No two Ladies Nights have to look the same. Throughout the year, we rotate through a variety of activities based on the season, weather, and opportunities available at the ranch.
You might find yourself spending an evening making western rope wreaths, enjoying a Paint & Sip, getting back in the saddle for a Ladies Riding Night, working on a seasonal craft, learning a new ranch-inspired skill, or joining us for another special activity we’ve put together.
Some evenings are creative. Some are horse-focused. Some are simply about getting together, having fun, and enjoying the atmosphere of the ranch.
Our goal is to create events that feel approachable and genuinely enjoyable — you don’t need to be particularly crafty, experienced with horses, or already know someone attending. Just come ready to have a good time.
A Night for Everyone
Ladies Nights aren’t about being the best rider, the most artistic person in the room, or knowing exactly what you’re doing. They’re about trying things, laughing when they don’t go quite as planned, learning something new, and connecting with other women.
For riding-based evenings, the event description will outline any experience requirements, what to wear, and whether ranch horses are available. For craft nights and other activities, we’ll let you know what is included and whether there is anything you should bring.
Each event is planned individually so we can make the experience fit the activity rather than trying to make every Ladies Night follow the exact same format.
Pricing & Registration
Pricing varies for each Ladies Night depending on the activity, materials, instructors or special guests, horse use, refreshments, and other event expenses.
The price for each evening will always be clearly listed when that Ladies Night is announced, along with information about what your registration includes.
Because certain activities require us to purchase materials or have limited space available, pre-registration may be required, and some events may have a maximum number of participants. We recommend reserving your spot early for any evening you don’t want to miss.

Come for the horses, the crafts, the creativity, or simply for an excuse to get out of the house for an evening. Bring your girlfriends or come make some new ones.
