At Caeco Ranch, horses have always had a way of bringing people together.
From relaxed evenings at the barn to community celebrations, private gatherings and large public events, we love creating experiences that are a little different, authentically western, and genuinely memorable.
Our Events program includes both events hosted here at Caeco Ranch and opportunities to bring a little piece of the ranch to your event.

Our horses and riders offer a unique western presence and an incredible opportunity for photos, guest interaction and atmosphere. From standing horseback greeters at an entrance to helping create the perfect western backdrop, we can work with you to determine what best suits your event, venue and guests.

Every booking is unique, so pricing is determined based on factors such as location, duration, number of horses and riders required, travel, event size and the services requested.
Because we are working with live animals, the safety and welfare of our horses will always come first. Venue suitability, weather, footing, crowd size and the overall event environment will be considered when confirming bookings.
Events at the Ranch
You don’t have to wait for a special occasion to spend an evening at Caeco Ranch.
Throughout the year, we host a rotating collection of Barn Socials, Cowgirls’ Corral nights, clinics, workshops, seasonal gatherings and other special events designed to bring our community together.
Some involve horses. Some involve getting creative. Some might include a glass of locally made wine. And sometimes, the best part is simply having an excuse to spend an evening at the barn with good people.
Barn Socials
Our Barn Socials are welcoming, all-inclusive gatherings for adults 18+, featuring a variety of activities and experiences throughout the year.
We often partner with Spirit Hills Winery to incorporate a glass of locally produced wine into select events for guests of legal drinking age, alongside non-alcoholic options.

Cowgirls’ Corral
Cowgirls’ Corral is our women-focused social series and a special subcategory of our Barn Socials.
Formerly known as Ladies Nights, Cowgirls’ Corral is all about bringing women together for a couple of hours of horses, creativity, western culture and good company.
From Paint & Sips and rope wreath making to riding nights, seasonal activities and other western-inspired experiences, each Corral offers something a little different.
Come with your girlfriends, your mom or sister, or come by yourself and leave knowing a few more people than when you arrived.
There’s Always Something Happening at the Ranch
Our event calendar changes throughout the year as we introduce new activities, collaborations, clinics and seasonal experiences.
Some events have limited capacity and require advance registration, while others may be open-house style. Individual event listings will include everything you need to know, including dates, times, pricing, age requirements, what is included and how to register.
Weather & Horse Welfare
Caeco Ranch reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an appearance or event at any time if weather, footing, environmental conditions, horse health, transportation concerns, or any other circumstance creates a potential safety or welfare concern.
This may include, but is not limited to, extreme heat or cold, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain or snow, icy or unsafe footing, poor air quality, unsafe road conditions, or unexpected concerns regarding the health or wellbeing of one of our horses.
Our horses are our partners, and their welfare will never be compromised for an event or appearance. Final decisions regarding whether conditions are suitable for our horses remain at the discretion of Caeco Ranch.
If weather or another safety concern may affect your booking, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with you as soon as possible and discuss available options.
Respect for Our Horses & Team
Caeco Ranch has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, deliberate unsafe conduct, or mistreatment of our staff members or horses.
We want our horses to be enjoyed and interacted with, but guests must respect all instructions provided by our handlers. This includes maintaining appropriate distances when requested, approaching or touching horses only as directed, supervising children around the horses, and refraining from behaviour that could frighten, harm, overwhelm, or intentionally provoke an animal.
Our staff members are entitled to the same level of respect.
If a client, guest, attendee, venue representative, or other individual behaves in a way that Caeco Ranch considers abusive, harassing, threatening, dangerous, or detrimental to the welfare of our horses or team, we reserve the right to immediately end our participation and leave the event.
If Caeco Ranch is required to leave an event because these boundaries have been violated, the booking will be considered fulfilled and the total agreed-upon event fee will remain payable. No refund will be issued for the remaining scheduled time.
A Partnership in Safety
Horses can make an event incredibly memorable, but they are living animals rather than props. Their behaviour can be affected by crowds, sudden noises, weather, unfamiliar environments, other animals, vehicles and circumstances outside anyone’s control.
We ask our event partners to work with us to provide an appropriate environment and to ensure guests follow the directions of our handlers.
These policies aren’t intended to take away from the fun — they’re what allow us to confidently bring our horses into the community while protecting the animals and people who make these experiences possible.
We want every Caeco Ranch event to be safe, positive and memorable for everyone involved — especially our horses.
